Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Your order will ship in secured packing by USPS, UPS or FedEx. In cases where buyer pays shipping, you will be offered the best rate with our merchant discount.  If more than one option is available, then buyer decides the method and pays the cost accordingly.

If shipping is charged, it’s based on the total weight of the order and displayed on the checkout page before order confirmation. Again, we pass our merchant shipping discount along to you.

In stock orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Return Policy

Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, we understand there are times we may miss something.

Before returning an item, please Use our contact form to tell us what the problem is and to get proper return information.

You can send the items back for refund within 7 days after receiving the package. Buyer pays cost of shipping to return. For items damaged by the shipping company, recipient is required to contact them for damages. We will, of course, do what we can to facilitate a smooth transaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, please include the original packaging, i.e. Blanket Bags, gift boxes, etc..

Refunds may subject to deduction of original shipping cost, if we paid the original shipping. While not likely, we reserve the right to charge a possible restocking fee of up to 25% depending on condition of the returned merchandise.

Some items will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds. That will be noted on the items listing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

When a refund is issued, you should get a notification from the payment processor. Please check your spam folder of your email.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your financial institution to see if it is “pending”.

Next contact your financial institution and ask why they have not cleared your refund. They will be the only ones that know the answer.

NOTE: Refunds that are issued by merchants typically take several days for funds to clear all other institutions before they release the money to you. I agree that it sucks, but we have no control over it. However, we will gladly help you with any refund issue you might have, if it is something in our control.
